What is the delivery time?
We understand that you want to receive your product as quickly as possible. We therefore deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on workdays will be shipped the same day with PostNL and are usually delivered the next day. Orders received after 5:00 PM will be delivered within two working days
WHICH COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP TO?
How long does it take to send packages abroad?
Within the Netherlands, if you order a package before 5:00 PM, it will be delivered the next day. (Without the delay of the transport company) Within Europe these days vary between 1 and 5 working days. Within Africa, Asia, USA and South America it takes an average of 5 to 10 working days for your package to arrive.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The products must be returned without traces of use and in their original condition. The products must also be shipped with tags and labels. If it is suspected that the products have become incomplete or damaged through no fault of our own, we reserve the right to refuse returned items. As the return shipper, you are responsible for your shipment. The return shipment must therefore have a Track & Trace code. The shipping costs of a return shipment are for the buyer.
