Return Policy

Products must be returned without user marks and in original condition. Also, products must be shipped with tags and labels included. If it is suspected that the products have become incomplete or damaged through no fault of our own, we reserve the right to refuse returned items.

As the sender of the return shipment, you are responsible for your shipment. The return shipment should therefore be provided with a Track & Trace code. The shipping costs of a return shipment are for the buyer.

Once we have received your return, it will be processed. If approved, you will receive a new product or your money back within 14 days. Based on what you prefer.
